Delivery

Home deliveries by DPD

DPD

The parcels are handed out only against a signature

As the delivery vans call round during the daytime, between 08:00am and 06:00pm from Monday to Friday, we need a delivery address where the parcel can be delivered into the hands of someone you know and trust during this time period. The delivery address may be different from the billing address, so please do not hesitate to have your parcel sent to you at your place of work or delivered to a next door neighbour who is home during the day. It is the best way to make sure your parcel is swiftly delivered.

Using the tracking number sent to you by Germany Incontinence by e-mail, you can track and trace your parcel at any time by simply logging onto the DPD website.

What happens if I am absent?

If you are unable to take delivery of your parcel upon first delivery, the driver will drop a calling card into your letterbox. The parcel will be presented again the next working day. If the parcel is again unable to be delivered, the driver will leave a second calling card containing the contact details of the carrier for you to contact and set a date for a third and final delivery attempt. After three failed attempts to deliver the parcel, the parcel is then returned to us. We will then get in touch with your by e-mail.

Delivery to a pick-up point with DPD Pickup

DPD Pickup

What is a pick-up point?

A pick-up point is a local shop (a dry cleaner’s shop, a flower shop, a newsagent’s, a service station, etc.) with long opening hours.
When entering your order, simply select the DPD Pickup pick-up point where you would like to collect your parcel.

How do pick-up point deliveries work?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you can follow its routing on the DPD website using a tracking number sent to you by Deutschland-Inkontinenz.de by e-mail.
You will also get a notification e-mail as soon as your parcel is available to be collected. The shopkeeper will keep your parcel for you for 7 days.
You can retrieve your parcel upon presentation of your identity card and by signing for receipt by way of an electronic signature.

What happens if I do not go out to collect my parcel from the pick-up point?

Once the parcel has arrived at the pick-up point, it will be kept there for 7 days. Once this 7-day period has expired, the parcel will be automatically returned to us.
Which is why it is important that you call round to pick up your parcel at your earliest convenience.
