Terms and conditions for returns

You are not satisfied with the product received and you would like to exercise your right of cancellation?

Before any return of goods, the request must first be submitted by e-mail to our customer service department. Once your request has been accepted, you may return the products to us at the address below, subject to the terms and conditions set out in article 9 of the General Terms and Conditions.

In that case, we ask that you use the form below to exercise your right of cancellation.

The return shipment costs are to be paid by you.

ATTENTION : for the medical devices, a specific right of cancellation exists :
For medical devices, the right of cancellation applies before we dispatch the parcel.
For public health reasons, medicines and medical devices that have been sent out cannot be taken back.
The only exceptions to these principle are situations in which these medicines and medical devices are flawed, in which case, you also have the right to withdraw from the sale after the goods were dispatched.

Have you been sent the wrong product ?

If, upon delivery, you find that you have been sent the wrong product, please contact our Customer Service withing 14 days so we can arrange a return and a new dispatch.

The costs of the return and the second dispatch will obviously be defrayed by us.

Have you found your goods have been damaged upon delivery ?

If the parcel you have received appears to be damaged, we advise you to refuse to take receipt of the parcel. It will be returned to us and we will file a complaint with the haulier. We will then send you a second parcel within 14 days after the parcel is returned to us.

If the products received are damaged, , please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. This will enable us to file a compliant with the haulier and resend you the damaged products within 14 days or refund them within 14 days.

ATTENTION : Please take pictures of the parcel, showing the parcel number and of the damaged products upon receipt. We will need your pictures if it comes to a complaint with the haulier.
