iD Discreet Normal application technique

1. Start by gently folding out the protection, then fold it in two across the length to form a groove in the middle of the protection. If the protection comes with elastic side bands, use them to ensure it is properly fitted. Remove the paper strip around the back of the protection.
2. Next, place the protection into the underpants, position the pad correctly to make sure the urine goes to the central part of the protection.
3. Finally, pull up the pants whilst making sure that the protection is properly fitted onto the groin skin folds. The woman incontinence pads in all cases need to be worn with properly elasticised underpants.
